Hey there readers!
It's a shocking day today. When I was in college, I received a text from Xin Yen stating I am on The Star newspaper today. I went blur for a while, and I was wondering why am I on the newspaper? Right after ckass, I went back to my dad shop, and flipped through the newspaper, and I really did saw myself!
I was like, "oh my, why am I on the papers?" Read through the title of the article, and I realized its about the Gatsby Like My Look Contest 2012. I once posted about me participating in the contest, never thought of being a consolation prize winner. The coolest part is, I never thought I will even win!
I received my consolation prize (RM100 + Hamper). I was the only one there from KDU University College. There were people coming from Perak, Sarawak and so on. The prize giving ceremony was held in The Royale Bintang, The Curve. The ceremony ended quite early, way ahead agenda :)
