So I gotten myself an Otterbox Defender Series for my Samsung S4. I was so excited about it because I finally have a cover that can protect my phone fully even though I drop my phone on the floor or where so ever, it wouldn't spoil..........that easy!

One thing I wasn't happy about it was the screen protector. It basically comes with a, built in screen protector. Its good for those who do not have any screen protector on their S4 where they believe that the Gorilla Glass is very strong and also scratch resistant. For me, I don't dare to take any chances.

So the pissing off part, I often see this "rainbow swirl" effect on my screen whenever the built in screen protector touches the screen of my phone (which also have a screen protector). Who wants to see rainbow on their phone which can cause you migraine?

I troubleshoot the problem by pouring baby power (a little) onto the screen. It did not work, well it worked for a day or two. After that it came back. I took off my screen protector that was on my phone, throw it away and used Otterbox built in screen protector. Guess what? It still have the rainbow effect.

Thanks to Android forum, they recommend to tear off the built in screen protector and use your own. So I took out the built in screen protector, bought an external Finger Print free and Crystal Clear protector, sticked it on my phone and.......BOOM! AMAZINGLY CLEAR AND NO RAINBOW!

Otterbox user, just go and tear off the screen protector and use your own one. I recommend you to use this brand to protect your phone (if you drop your phone always). It's a real shock absorber!
